Being in the military for 20 years, I've had to learn as a leader how to motivate people to get the mission done. Growing up Christian, I realized as a 30 year old man that I still lacked self control and responsibility, I began to seek inward for the knowledge of self.  I was born on a small island in the Caribbean name St. Vincent and the Grenadines and raised in the USVI. I joined the Army right after high school and served 20 years successfully before I retired in 2020. I've had many tours of combat to Iraq, UAE, Kuwait and have traveled the world and saw a lot. I believe that being a soldier especially in those times made much impact on the man that I am today.
